1. Data controller
iGaming.mx Ltd. ("iGaming.mx", "we"), with its address at Paseo de la Reforma 296, Col. Juárez, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06600, Ciudad de México, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you give us through igaming.mx, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law") and other applicable rules.
For anything related to your personal data, email us at contact@igaming.mx.
2. Personal data we collect
We only collect data when you email us, or that is generated when you visit the site:
- Email: your email address, your name and whatever you include when you write to us, such as your company or the domain you are interested in.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages requested, logged automatically by our hosting provider for security.
We do not collect sensitive personal data or financial data. This site is aimed at companies and professionals in the industry, not at players, and is not intended for anyone under 18.
3. Why we use it
We use your data for these purposes, which are necessary to handle your request:
- Replying to your messages and requests for information.
- Preparing commercial proposals and following up on any business you ask us about (affiliate deals, campaigns, domain purchases or other services).
- Protecting the site against spam, fraud and misuse.
- Meeting our legal obligations.
Only if you agree, we may also occasionally send you information about our services or industry news. This is a secondary purpose: you can opt out at any time by emailing contact@igaming.mx, and doing so does not affect how we handle your request.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with providers that process it on our behalf and on our instructions, who may be located outside Mexico:
- Cloudflare, Inc., for hosting and security.
- Google LLC, for our email service.
We may also disclose your data to competent authorities where the law requires it. Under the Law, these disclosures do not require your consent.
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact data for as long as the business relationship or conversation you started lasts, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal obligations or deal with possible claims. Technical logs are kept for short periods under our hosting provider's policies.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, correct it if it is inaccurate, have it deleted when you believe it is no longer needed for the purposes above, and object to its use for specific purposes.
To exercise these rights, email contact@igaming.mx with:
- Your name and an email address or other way to send you our reply.
- A document proving your identity or, where relevant, the authority of whoever acts on your behalf.
- A clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise.
- Anything that helps us find your data.
We will reply within 20 business days of receiving your request. If it is upheld, we will act on it within the following 15 business days. Each of these periods may be extended once, by the same length, where justified.
7. Withdrawing consent or limiting use
You can withdraw any consent you have given, or ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your data, by emailing contact@igaming.mx following the same procedure as above. If you withdraw consent for necessary purposes, we may not be able to continue handling your request.
8. Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and does not load third-party pixels. Our hosting provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary for the security of the site.
9. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, and unauthorised use, access or processing. The site is served over HTTPS only.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice because of legal changes or changes to our services or practices. Any changes will be published on this page with the date of the update.
11. Authority
If you believe your right to the protection of your personal data has been violated, you can contact the competent data protection authority in Mexico.
